Okra Salad How Have I Eaten Today?

How have i eaten today? - okra salad

The breakfast was a simple bowl of oatmeal and 10 grapes. 100 calories.

Lunch in half of the 80 Cal Cup fat free cottage cheese, petits fruits and salads probably 50 CAL. After lunch, go and burned 80 Cal.

The food was egg white with small amounts of potatoes and okra.

And my parents have me as a snack Special K 10 biscuits and grapes.

Is it too much?
