Healthy whole wheat pancake recipe? - wheat pancake recipe

Do you have a recipe that is healthy and a lot of calories but relatively small pancakes?
I need someone please with the nutritional value!

In a fiber with a very large cake mixture. You can buy in any grocery store. The pancakes tasted really delicious.

Fruit Kick-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

1 1 / 4 c flour
(Low 1 1 / 2 c buttermilk can regular skim milk, if you prefer)
3 egg whites t
1 T sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder tea t
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1 / 4 t
1 / 2 cup marmalade flavor of your choice
2 c mixed fresh eggs (such as blueberry, raspberry, strawberry)

All the ingredients except the salt in a medium bowl. Stril mix. The dough will be slightly lumpy.

Use cooking spray on a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1 / 4 cup for each pancake. In return, when small bubbles appear at the top.

To serve, heat until just warm jam in the microwave. Pour over pancakes. Garnish with 1 / 2 cup of fresh fruit per serving.

Makes 4 servings of two cakes.

270 calories, 51 g carbohydrates, 3 g fat, 10 g protein, 8 g fiber.

INGREDIENTS

1 1 / 2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup milk
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Sugar 1 / 3 cup
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)

NOTES
Grind oats in a blender or food processor to good. In a large bowl of oatmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, butter, milk, oil, eggs and sugar combine with electric mixer until fluffy. Mix the wet ingredients into dry a few quick strokes. Stir in walnuts, if desired.
Lightly oil a skillet or grill and oven over medium heat. Place 1 / 3 cup mixture to hot pan, cook the pancakes for 2 to 4 minutes per side or until they are brown.
